How much do you charge for shipping & How do you ship?

We offer a FREE Standard Shipping Promotion for orders over $75.

For orders less then $75 we charge a flat fee of $6.95 via UPS Ground shipping or $4.95 via USPS First Class mail.
If you would prefer a faster shipping option you can choose at checkout UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day.

How fast do you ship?

We know you are eagerly awaiting to receive your beautiful jewelry. So we make every effort possible to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please call or email us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, if your order has not left our warehouse we will cancel your order and refund your credit card. If your order was shipped already, simply return your order to us as per our 45 day no-questions asked money back guarantee. As soon as we receive your package we will refund your credit card.

Can I track my order online?

Yes. When we ship your order we will send an email to the email address you provided when you placed the order. If your order was shipped via UPS we will include in the email the tracking number of your package. You can then track your order by going to http://www.ups.com/ and type in the tracking number we sent you in the email.
